During my tenure at SAP, I have trained more than 600 people on User-centered Design, delivering courses in Europe, US and India.
I initiated the German UPA Summerschool back in 2011, where we, a team of UX practitioners teach UCD to students in a 2 day intensive course.
I believe in learning by doing and deliver hands-on workshops on user insight methods such as interviewing users and usability testing and product definition tools such as use cases and user stories.
I hosted various conference workshops and taught colleagues User-centered Design methods along the product development cycle.
